Stand & Deliver is a movie about intellegance within the students & their teacher , Jaime Escalente ! Jamie Escalente was a Calculus teacher & he taught at Garfield High School ! . Jaime was a very special teacher . He taught 18 kids calculus & all the calculus kids past the test & the Taks people thought that the students CHEATED & the really didnt cheat .
